To supply each heating element with an appropriate amount of cooling water.SOLUTION: A heating element cooling system 1 comprises: a first cooling circuit L1 with a first cooling part L1c which cools a first battery B1 through cooling water; a second cooling circuit L2 branched from the first cooling circuit L1 with a second cooling part L2c which cools a second battery B2 through cooling water; a pump 2 installed in the first cooling circuit L1 which supplies the first cooling part L1c and the second cooling part L2c with cooling water; and a pressure loss adjustment part 4 which is installed in the second cooling circuit L2 and adjusts pressure loss. The pressure loss adjustment part 4 makes pressure loss of cooling water flowing in the second cooling circuit L2 higher relative to a case where the pressure loss adjustment part 4 is not installed in the second cooling circuit L2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
