To provide an in-cabin lighting device presenting a space where an occupant feels visual spreading in a cabin, and feels comfortable and relaxed.SOLUTION: An in-cabin lighting device includes: front light emission sections 33L, 33R for radiating light to the front portions of front door trims 24L, 24R disposed in front of a cabin 11 and arranged on left and right lateral faces in front of the cabin 11; and a plurality of rear light emission sections 36L, 36R for radiating light to the rear portions of rear door trims 28L, 28R disposed behind the cabin 11 and arranged on left and right lateral faces behind the cabin 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
