To reduce sound transmitted into a cabin and suppress deterioration of aerodynamic performance of a vehicle when a vehicle approach notification device is mounted on the vehicle.SOLUTION: A plurality of slit-like holes 16 are formed in an undercover 14 constituting a part of a vehicle floor part 12. The slit-like holes 16 extend in a longitudinal direction (width direction) of a vehicle 10. On the undercover 14, an inclined wall 18 is installed for each hole 16. The inclined wall 18 is a component which covers a part of the hole 16 along the hole 16. A speaker 22 is installed above the holes 16 so that a sound production surface of the speaker 22 faces the holes 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
