To provide a lifting tool that can be handled excellently and prevent damage to the lifting tool and an object to be conveyed.SOLUTION: There is provided a lifting tool for hoisting an object T to be conveyed with a straight hole S formed on a top surface, comprising: a lift part 2 to be lifted; a wedge shaft part 3 connected to the lift part 2 and having a diameter expanded part 23 that expands in a direction away from the lift part 2; a composite anchor part 4 having a plurality of anchor members 31 disposed around the diameter expanded part 23; and a ring member 6 for binding the plurality of anchor members 31. When the wedge shaft part 3 moves relative to a lifting direction, the diameter expanded part 23 pushes each anchor member 31 outward in a radial direction and presses a bore wall of the straight hole S with an outer peripheral surface of the composite anchor part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
