To perform continuous welding of an outside part of a tunnel body part with stable quality.SOLUTION: A welding bogie comprises a carriage 11 which can travel along one direction with respect to a travel surface, and a welding torch 12 which is provided on the carriage 11 and is capable of welding. The carriage 11 is travelled along a fillet part with one direction as a longer direction with respect to a long tunnel body part in which at least four panels are assembled and which has a rectangular frame-shaped cross section, and the welding torch 12 is used for continuous welding making mirror symmetry with respect to an outside part of the tunnel body part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
