To obtain a fixing structure of a heat pipe with a simple structure, which suppresses increase in mass.SOLUTION: A fixing structure of a heat pipe comprises: a first heat transfer container provided with a heat pipe, and having a first flange part protruding from a side surface; a second heat transfer container placed on the first container with a heat transfer body interposed therebetween, provided with a heat pipe, and having a second flange part protruding from a side surface; and a holder covering the second heat container, and having a third flange part formed with a fastening hole that is jointly fastened with bolts together with the first and second flange parts of the first and second heat transfer containers, the holder holding the second heat transfer container in the first heat transfer container.
