To provide a parking brake structure capable of reducing a number of components or weight by a simple structure.SOLUTION: In a parking brake structure applied to a vehicle having a rear wheel brake composed of a rear wheel brake disc (21) and a rear wheel brake caliper (22), a plurality of recessed portions (50) are provided on an outer peripheral end surface of the rear wheel brake disc (21). A locking member (60) is provided, which is rockably journaled by a bracket (32) supporting the rear wheel brake caliper (22). The locking member (60) is provided with projecting portions engaged with the recessed portions (50). The projecting portion has a tapered shape narrowing toward a tip end, and the recessed portion (50) has an inverted tapered shape fitted with the shape of the projecting portion. The bracket (32) is attached with a vehicle speed sensor (35) detecting vehicle speed on the basis of a passing state of the recessed portions (50).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
