To provide a mounting structure which is suitable for a vehicle driving battery of which rear half is heavier than its front half.SOLUTION: A mounting structure comprises: a vehicle driving battery which is arranged under a floor panel; a pair of floor skeleton members respectively extended along the left and right edges of the battery; and a plurality of brackets for fixing the battery to the pair of floor skeleton members. The plurality of brackets includes at least a first bracket for fixing a part of the battery which is located frontward from its center in the vehicle longitudinal direction to the floor skeleton member and a second bracket for fixing a part of the battery which is located rearward from its center in the vehicle longitudinal direction to the floor skeleton member. The first bracket is extended outward in the vehicle width direction from a side edge part of the battery and is connected to a bottom surface of the floor skeleton member, and the second bracket is extended upward from the side edge part of the battery and is connected to a vertical side surface of the floor skeleton member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
