To provide a technique for efficiently estimating attributes of a user.SOLUTION: An attribute estimation apparatus for estimating attributes of a user includes: an area setting unit which determines a stay-related area related to a location where a first user stays, on the basis of a position at a past point of time of a first device associated with the first user; and an estimation unit which estimates an attribute of the user. The estimation unit estimates an attribute of the first user on the basis of behavior of the first user, and estimates, when a position of a second device associated with a second user is included in the stay-related area, that the second user has the same attribute as the first user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
