To provide a roof trim material for a vehicle which prevents deterioration of sound absorption effect and soundproof effect of a foam layer due to aging of a base material, or a roof trim for a vehicle which is formed of the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a roof trim material for a vehicle which has a base material layer, and a foam layer provided on a side facing a roof panel of the base material layer, wherein the foam layer contains a polyamide-based resin; and a roof trim for a vehicle which is formed of the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
