To effectively and accurately classify features of charging behaviors of a battery of a user using an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A classification method of classifying features of charging behaviors of a user U of an electric vehicle 2 includes step S102 of generating a feature vector from a feature amount indicating a charging amount when the user charges a secondary battery 4 and a power consumption of the user in the electric vehicle, and step S104 of outputting identification information of a cluster corresponding to the generated feature vector by using a feature classification model classifying the feature vector into a cluster. The feature vector includes a residual running distance that is a total distance which the electric vehicle can run by using a charging residual amount, estimated from the charging residual amount of the secondary battery immediately after a charging operation which the user has performed to the secondary battery, and an actual running distance that is the total distance which the electric vehicle has actually run from the charging operation to a next charging operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
