To provide a motive power battery charging method, a motor control circuit and a vehicle which do not cause a volume and a cost of an entire device to be increased.SOLUTION: A motor control circuit of a motive power battery comprises: a power supply module 101; a first switch module 102; a three-phase AC motor 103, a three-phase inverter 104 and a control module 108. The power supply module, the first switch module, the three-phase AC motor and the three-phase inverter form a current circuit. The three-phase AC motor inputs or outputs electric current through a N wire extending from a connection point of a three-phase coil. The control module controls the three-phase inverter so that the motor control circuit receives voltage from the power supply module and outputs direct current. Also, when detecting that the voltage of the power supply module is equal to or lower than the voltage of the motive power battery, the motor control circuit charges the motive power battery after increasing voltage of the power supply module using the three-phase inverter and the three-phase AC motor and thereby eliminating necessity of additional installation and cost for an external booster circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】装置全体の体積及びコストを増加させることがない動力電池の充電方法、モータ制御回路及び車両を提供する。【解決手段】動力電池のモータ制御回路は、給電モジュール101、第1のスイッチモジュール102、三相交流モータ103、三相インバータ104及び制御モジュール108を含む。給電モジュール、第1のスイッチモジュール、三相交流モータ及び三相インバータは電流回路を形成し、三相交流モータは三相のコイルの接続点から引き出されたN線を介して電流を入力又は出力し、制御モジュールは、モータ制御回路が給電モジュールの電圧を受け直流を出力するように三相インバータを制御する。また、給電モジュールの電圧が動力電池の電圧以下であることを検出すると、三相インバータ及び三相交流モータを用いて給電モジュールの電圧を昇圧してから動力電池を充電することにより、外部昇圧回路を追加する必要がなく、追加の回路コストがない。【選択図】図1
