To improve fuel consumption by minimizing opening time of a wheel cap executed so as to prevent occurrence of fade of a brake.SOLUTION: A control part 23 includes a brake pad estimation temperature calculation part 41, a maximum deceleration calculation part 42a, a part 42b for predicting a rising temperature in braking, a comparator 42c, and a wheel cap opening/closing control part 43. The brake pad estimation temperature calculation part 41 calculates an estimated temperature of a brake pad. The maximum deceleration calculation part 42a calculates maximum deceleration on the basis of the acquired deceleration acquired during braking. The part 42b for predicting a rising temperature in braking calculates a prediction rising temperature of the brake pad in braking on the basis of the maximum deceleration. The comparator 42c compares the brake pad prediction temperature determined by adding the prediction rising temperature to the estimated temperature with a fade temperature. The wheel cap opening/closing control part 43 closes a wheel cap 2 when determining that the brake pad prediction temperature is lower than the fade temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
