To simplify wiring of a power line.SOLUTION: An outboard engine ECU45 controls a shift actuator 43. The shift actuator 43 drives a forward-and-rearward switching mechanism 44 by power generated by a power generation part 49 due to the torque of a propeller shaft 20. The power generated by the power generation part 49 is supplied to the shift actuator 43 through a first power line 51. At least a part of the forward-and-rearward switching mechanism 44, at least a part of the shift actuator 43, at least a part of the power generation part 49, and the first power line 51 are arranged in a lower case 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
