To provide a technology for highly precisely measuring the number of passing persons using image data with a low frame rate.SOLUTION: A person traffic measuring device 1100 obtains, from a monitoring system 20, image data with a low frame rate obtained by imaging a predetermined area where the number of passing persons changes from an obliquely upward side, identifies persons passing through the area for each frame, and calculates the total number of persons passing through the area per a predetermined unit time. Next, for each of the total number of passing persons for each unit time, the actual number of persons is calculated by changing a decreasing conversion process that decreases and converts the actual number of persons from the total number of passing persons on the basis of the fact whether the total number of passing persons satisfies a preset high-density condition for the area or not.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】低フレームレートの画像データを用いて、通過する人数を高精度に計測するための技術を提供すること。【解決手段】人流計測装置1100は、通過する人の多寡が変化する所定のエリアを斜め上方から撮影した低フレームレートの画像データを監視システム20から取得し、前記エリアを通過する人をフレーム毎に識別し、所定の単位時間当たりの当該エリアの通過延べ人数を算出する。そして、単位時間毎の通過延べ人数それぞれについて、当該通過延べ人数から実人数を減率換算する減率換算処理を、当該通過延べ人数が前記エリアに対して予め設定された高密度条件を満たすか否かに基づいて変更して実人数を算出する。【選択図】図1
