To provide a wind direction adjustment apparatus which can prevent or suppress the occurrence of a stick-slip phenomenon when operating a control knob.SOLUTION: A wind direction adjustment apparatus (1) according to the present invention includes a case body, at least one guide louver (10b) and a control knob (20) attached in a slidable manner to the guide louver (10b). The control knob (20) comprises: a knob body part (21) including an insertion part to which the guide louver (10b) is inserted; and friction members (30, 30a, 30b) which are held by the knob body part (21) in a state of being in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the guide louver (10b). The friction members (30, 30a, 30b) have the elasticity, and have at least one compression part (34, 34a, 34b) which includes a portion that is compressed by being pushed against the guide louver (10b). The compression parts (34, 34a, 34b) have the shape in which the dimension along the slide direction of the control knob (20) is gradually reduced toward the direction of being pushed against the guide louver (10b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
