To provide a traffic flow measurement system capable of allowing a user to easily check whether the sensor is properly set in a state to detect moving bodies appearing in a target area when adjusting the installation state of the sensor.SOLUTION: A traffic flow measurement server is configured so as to perform the steps of: placing a virtual object of moving bodies in a 3D space including 3D point cloud data by a lidar responding to an operation by a user on a user terminal; displaying a lidar point cloud image 265 including a virtual object image 271 of a moving body; and displaying images 277 and 278 of virtual objects while superimposing based on the positional relationship between the 3D point cloud data and the virtual object on the camera image 263 and the lidar intensity image 264.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
