To prevent misjudgment of wheel falling-off sign.SOLUTION: A wheel condition determination device 100 comprises: an acceleration acquisition part 122 which sequentially acquires axial acceleration of vehicle wheels in an axle direction; a wheel falling-off sign determination part 124 which determines, when the acquired axial acceleration is more than a prescribed determination threshold value, a wheel falling-off sign; and a traveling state acquisition part 123 which acquires a traveling state of a vehicle. The wheel falling-off sign determination part 124 performs a wheel falling-off sign determination while a traveling state is in a first prescribed state, and stops the sign determination while the traveling state is in a second prescribed state different from the first prescribed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
