To avoid the occurence of galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals due to water immersion in an inner space of a conventional vehicle fastening part structure.SOLUTION: In a vehicle fastening part structure 10 of the present invention, an annular projection 31 and an annular recessed portion 32 are formed on an upper end surface 14C of a height adjustment spacer 14. Then, a bolt 12 is tightened into a weld nut 13, and thereby a part of the projection 31 is compressed and deformed into the recessed portion 32. Thus, a water stop wall 42 formed from the projection 31 is formed on the upper end surface 14C. With such a structure, water is prevented from being immersed into an insertion hole 14A of the height adjustment spacer 14 during traveling or the like of a vehicle Accordingly, the occurence of galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals is avoided, and hydrogen embrittlement fracture of the bolt 12 is avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】従来の車両の締結部構造では、その内部空間への水の浸入により異種金属間のガルバニック腐食が発生する恐れがあるという課題がある。【解決手段】本発明の車両の締結部構造10では、高さ調整スペーサ14の上端面14Cに、円環状の突起部31及び窪み部32が形成される。そして、ボルト12がウェルドナット13に締め込まれることで、突起部31の一部は、窪み部32内へと圧縮変形する。そして、上端面14Cには、上記突起部31から形成される止水壁42が形成される。この構造により、車両の走行中等に、水が高さ調整スペーサ14の挿通孔14Aの内部へと浸入することが防止される。そして、異種金属間のガルバニック腐食の発生が防止され、ボルト12の水素脆化破壊が防止される。【選択図】図4
