To provide a soundproof material for automobile that can be suppressed from decreasing in soundproof performance without being increased in weight.SOLUTION: A soundproof material 1 placed on a floor panel 6 of an automobile has: a sound absorption layer 2 which is made of a porous material; a soundproof layer 3 which is laminated on one surface of the sound absorption layer 2 and also made of a material having lower air permeability than the sound absorption layer 2; and an interface layer 4 which is provided on the other surface of the sound absorption layer 2 to form a composition surface for the floor panel 6. The interface layer 4 has: a variation ΔHs of 5 or more and 50 or less between a value of Shore-A hardness right after a start of indenter contacting and a value of Shore-A hardness 15 seconds after the start of indenter contacting, the values being measured in a state of a press sheet of 3 mm in thickness based upon JIS K6253; a compressive stress relaxation rate of 25% or larger at 40°C measured based upon JIS K7107; a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 20 or higher and 45°C or lower; and a density of 1.2 g/cm3 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】防音材の重量を増加させることなく、遮音性の低下を抑えることができる、自動車用防音材を提供する。【解決手段】自動車のフロアパネル6上に配置される防音材1が、多孔質材からなる吸音層2と、吸音層2の一方の面に積層され吸音層2に比べて通気性が低い材料からなる遮音層3と、吸音層2の他方の面に設けられフロアパネル6に対する接合面を構成する界面層4とを有する。界面層4は、JIS K6253に準拠して、厚さ3mmのプレスシートの状態で測定される、押針接触開始直後のショアーA硬度の値と、押針接触開始から15秒後におけるショアーA硬度の値との間の変化量ΔHsが5以上50以下であり、JIS K7107に準拠して測定した40℃での圧縮応力緩和率が25%以上であり、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が20℃以上45℃以下であり、密度が1.2g/cm3以下である。【選択図】図1
