To provide an acoustic device which enables easy adjustment of a distance between each speaker and an ear of a seated person with a simple structure, and to provide a headrest acoustic unit and a chair.SOLUTION: An acoustic device includes: a base part 31 which is disposed rearward of a headrest 21 of a chair 1 and is supported by the chair 1; arm parts 32 each of which has an extension part 322 extending forward farther than the headrest 21 and is supported by the base part 31 so as to be movable at least in a width direction relative to the headrest 21; and speakers 34 each of which is supported by the extension part 322 and is disposed forward of the headrest 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
