To suppress the occurrence of a crack.SOLUTION: A stay 10 for fixing a converter 100 arranged at an exhaust passage has a first attachment part 12 arranged at either of both ends, and fastened to the converter 100, a second attachment part 14 arranged at the other, and fastened to a fixing part, and a first rib 17 and a second rib 18 which are arranged at side parts. The stay 10 is fastened so that the first attachment part 12 and the second attachment part 14 are aligned with respect to a thermal elongation direction of the converter 100, being a direction in which the first rib 17 and the second rib 18 withstand the vibration of the converter 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
