To provide a vehicular duct which can prevent dropping of dew condensation.SOLUTION: A fiber layer 18 in which a hot-melt adhesive is fixed in a fibrous shape is formed on an outer surface side of a duct base material 16 formed from a foam having a closed-cell structure. A vehicular duct 10 enables formation of a fiber layer 18 by molding a foam sheet which is formed of a thermoplastic resin and has a closed-cell structure in a cylindrical shape, coating a hot-melt adhesive in a fibrous shape on an outer surface side of the duct base material 16 formed in a cylindrical shape, curing the hot-melt adhesive, and fixing the hot-melt adhesive to the outer surface side thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】結露の滴下を防止し得る車両用ダクトを提供する。【解決手段】独立気泡構造の発泡体により形成されたダクト基材16の外表面側に、ホットメルト接着剤を繊維状に定着させた繊維層18を形成する。この車両用ダクト10は、熱可塑性樹脂からなる独立気泡構造の発泡体シートを筒状に成形し、筒状に成形したダクト基材16の外表面側に、ホットメルト接着剤を繊維状に塗布して硬化させて定着させることで繊維層18を形成することができる。【選択図】図3
