To suppress deviation of an adhesive position of a holding member to the inner surface of a window from the target position.SOLUTION: A camera holding structure 17 to hold an on-vehicle camera 11 comprises: a window 6 which separates a vehicle inside space SP1 from a vehicle outside space SP2; and a holding member 16 which is fixed to an inner surface 6A of the window 6 to hold the on-vehicle camera 11. The holding member 16 includes: a fixing frame 19 which is fixed to an inner surface 6A of the window 6; and a hood 20 which protrudes from the fixing frame 19 into a vehicle inside to demarcate a visual field space S of the on-vehicle camera 11 at the vehicle inner side of the window 6. The fixing frame 19 is bonded to the inner surface 6A of the window 6 on a counterface surface 41 in parallel with the inner surface 6A of the window 6, and the counterface surface 41 has a marker 47 at an observable position from the vehicle outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
