The fender 57 has a lower constituent 69 fixed to the outer peripheral surface 3a to constitute a lower part of the fender 57, and an upper constituent 67 fitted to the lower constituent 69 below the sea water level by means of a burying structure and joined to the outer peripheral surface 3a above the sea water level to constitute an upper part of the fender 57.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
