To provide a bicycle parking machine capable of preventing a side slip phenomenon of a rack during carrying-in of a bicycle by fitting braking means capable of stably braking lateral movement of a rack without depending on the properties etc. of reference surfaces (for example, ground surface).SOLUTION: A rack 12 of a bicycle parking machine 100 includes: a caster 14 capable of rolling on a ground surface E in a horizontal direction Y; an oscillation switching mechanism 15 switching between a braking state in which a rotating roller 15R is pressed not to rotate on the ground surface E and an evacuation state lifting from the ground surface E, while sandwiching an imaginary vertical surface P therebetween; and an energization member 16 always energizing the oscillation switching mechanism 15 to the evacuation state side. When an operation force moment M works on an oscillation member 15S on the basis of an artificial depress operation force, the rotating roller 15R transfers to the braking state and the energization member 16 presses and maintains the rotating roller 15R not to rotate on the ground surface E. When a gravity moment W works on the oscillation member 15S on the basis of dead weight of a carried-in bicycle BCL, the rotating roller 15R transfers to the evacuation state and the energization member 16 maintains the evacuation state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
