To suppress transmission of power from a propeller shaft to a propeller in a path not going through a damper in a vessel propulsion device.SOLUTION: A vessel propulsion device includes a propeller, a propeller shaft, a bush, a damper, and a spacer. The propeller shaft supports the propeller. The bush is located in between the propeller and the propeller shaft and is integrally rotated with the propeller shaft. The damper is fixed to the bush and transmits rotation of the propeller shaft to the propeller. The spacer is located before the bush and separated from the propeller in front to back direction and aligns the bush to the propeller shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
