To provide a vehicular discharge control device, a vehicular discharge control method and a program that can improve energy efficiency by adequately exhibiting the performance of a plurality of batteries respectively.SOLUTION: A vehicular discharge control device comprises: a setting part for setting a charging easiness parameter associated with a respective charging easiness degree of a plurality of batteries loaded on an electric vehicle; and a control part for controlling a respective discharge of the plurality of batteries. The control part discharges by giving priority to a battery with a high charging easiness parameter among the plurality of batteries.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
