To rapidly perform holding of positioning of a plate-like work and conveying it without deteriorating appearance quality.SOLUTION: A positioning conveyance device 10 for a plate-like work W comprises: suction holding devices 11, 12 which can absorb a lower face central side of the plate-like work W; mobile devices 13, 14 which can move the suction holding devices 11, 12 along the conveyance direction X of the plate-like work W; and positioning devices 15, 16 which can absorb an undersurface peripheral edge side of the plate-like work W to perform positioning and holding it. The positioning conveyance device 10 is configured in which the plate-like work W absorbed and held by the suction holding devices 11, 12 is conveyed or moved by the mobile devices 13, 14 into work processes S2, S3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
