To provide a grip for a handlebar of a two-wheel vehicle whose angle can be adjusted easily and which has high versatility.SOLUTION: The grip for a handle bar of a two-wheel vehicle is constituted of a grip main body 2 and a fixture 5. In the grip main body 2, a core part 4 made of a hard plastic and a grip part 3 made of rubber are integrally molded by a two-layer type injection molding. In the grip part 3, both of an upper portion 8 and a lower portion 9 are formed with nearly same thicknesses, from an opening end face 6 to an end face 7 at the opposite side. In the core part 4, an upper portion 8 is formed with a nearly same thickness from the opening end face 6 to the end face 7 at the opposite side, but a lower portion 9 is formed so that a thickness thereof gradually becomes larger from the opening face end 6 to the end face 7 at the opposite side. An angle θ1 formed by a central axis 31 of an outer peripheral surface 21 and the outer peripheral surface 21 in a taper shape is 1°. In the grip main body 2, a center of an outer peripheral circle and a center of an inner peripheral circle on the opening end face 6 into which a handlebar is inserted match each other, at a center position 30. An angle θ2 of a deviation caused when the central axis 31 and a central axis 32 become noncoaxial is 1°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】容易に角度を調整でき、かつ汎用性の高い二輪車用グリップを提供する。【解決手段】グリップ本体2及び固定具5から成る。グリップ本体2は、硬質プラスチック製のコア部4と合成ゴム製のグリップ部3が二層式射出成型で一体に成形される。グリップ部3は、上部8と下部9の何れについても、開口端面6から反対側端面7にかけて、略同一の厚みで形成される。コア部4は、上部8については、開口端面6から反対側端面7にかけて、略同一の厚みで形成されるが、下部9については、開口端面6から反対側端面7にかけて、次第に肉厚となるように形成される。外周面21の中心軸31と、テーパ形状の外周面21とのなす角度θ1は1°である。グリップ本体2は、ハンドルバーを差し込む開口端面6における外周円と内周円の中心が中心位置30において一致している。中心軸31と中心軸32が非共軸となり生じるズレ角の角度θ2は、1°である。【選択図】図4
