To provide a vehicle air-conditioning control system which can suppress an infection risk.SOLUTION: A vehicle air-conditioning control system 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an information obtaining part 10 that obtains information concerning a body temperature of a person existing around a vehicle; an infection risk estimating part 11 that estimates an infection risk on the basis of the information obtained by the information obtaining part 10; a vehicle speed sensing part 12 that senses a vehicle speed of the vehicle; and an air-conditioning control part 13 that controls opening and closing of a window of the vehicle and air-conditioning of the vehicle, in accordance with an estimated result by the infection risk estimating part 11 and the vehicle speed sensed by the vehicle speed sensing part 12, during travelling of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
