To provide a biometric authentication device, a biometric authentication system, a biometric authentication method, and a biometric authentication program which can perform accurate authentication compared to the case where authentication is performed using an on-vehicle camera.SOLUTION: A biometric authentication device includes: an acquisition part for acquiring biological information relating to eye balls of an occupant from a wearable device mounted on the eye balls of the occupant of a vehicle; and an authentication part for performing authentication of the occupant using the acquired biological information and previously stored biological information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
