To fix a fuel tank of a saddle-riding type vehicle to a vehicle body properly with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A fuel tank fixing structure includes: a plate member 21 joined to a fuel tank 1; a boss member 25 which is joined to the plate member 21 while protruding from the plate member 21 in an out-of-plane direction; and a connection member 40 which connects the boss member 25 to a vehicle body. The plate member 21 includes: a first joint part, a joint part joined to the fuel tank 1, and a second joint part, a joint part joined to the boss member 25, and is formed so that a plate thickness of the second joint part is larger than a plate thickness of the first joint part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
