To reduce power consumption required for raising battery temperature in a temperature raising step of raising temperature of a high voltage battery of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicular battery temperature raising system includes: a battery 4 for supplying power to a vehicle driving motor; a refrigerant circulation circuit 110 through which a refrigerant 106 for performing with the battery 4, heat-exchanging, circulates; a refrigerant circulation pump 130 for controlling a flow rate of the refrigerant 106 in the refrigerant circulation circuit 110; a high voltage system heating unit 140 for receiving supply of high voltage system power and heating the refrigerant 106; and a temperature raising control unit 192 for controlling a temperature raising step for the battery 4. The temperature raising control unit 192 performs: first temperature raising control that drives the refrigerant circulation pump 130 and the high voltage system heating unit 140 to raise temperature of the battery 4; and second temperature raising control that when the temperature of the battery 4 reaches a usable temperature range by the first temperature raising control, stops driving the refrigerant circulation pump 130 and the high voltage system heating unit 140, and drives only a low voltage system heating unit 10 while using the battery 4 to raise temperature of the battery 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
