To provide an underwater visual confirmation device capable of surely visually confirming a direction to be visually confirmed when looking at a middle area from an aerial area through a member with light transmissivity.SOLUTION: An underwater visual confirmation device including a light transmissive member 10 for partitioning an aerial area S and an underwater area W, a housing 20 attached to a surface 10A on an aerial area side of the light transmissive member, and a flat plate unit 22 with translucency composing one portion of the housing has: an interior space K surrounded by a surface of an aerial area side of the transmissive member and the inner surface of the housing filled with water; a surface 22A on the aerial area side of the flat plate unit come into contact with air inside the aerial area; a surface 22B on the underwater area side on the opposite side come into contact with the water inside the inside space; the surface on the aerial area side of the transmissive member come into contact with the water inside the inside space; the surface 10B on the underwater area side on the opposite side come into contact with the water in the underwater area and the underwater area is visually confirmed from the aerial area through the flat plate unit and the transmissive member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
