The locking member 87 has a supported section 87a supported by a shaft 88a and a locking section 87b and a projection section 87c respectively projected from the supported section 87a to the outside in a radial direction. When the locking member 87 is located on a first position, the locking section 87b can be locked on the closed lid 82 and the projection section 87c is located on the inside from the tip of a cylindrical frame section 52 of the housing along an insertion/ejection direction to/from an external charging connector. When the locking member 87 is rotated from a first position to a second position, a locking state between the locking section 87b and the lid 82 is cancelled and the projection section 87c is located from the tip of the cylindrical frame section 52 to the outside along the insertion/ejection direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
