To inhibit traveling power of an electric bus from being made to be insufficient by reduction in full charge capacity of a battery.SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of electric buses B1 to Bn includes: a battery for storing traveling power; and a power reception device for receiving power from an outside power transmission device in a non-contact manner to charge the battery. On each of a plurality of traveling routes R1 to Rm, at least one power transmission device 8, 9 is provided. A server 1 assigns the plurality of electric buses B1 to Bn to a plurality of traveling routes R1 to Rm, respectively. The server 1 includes: a full charge capacity acquisition unit for acquiring full charge capacity of a battery of each electric bus B; a total charge power amount calculation unit for calculating a battery total charge power amount by the at least one power transmission device 8, 9 for each traveling route; and a traveling route determination unit for determining a traveling route for each electric bus so that the battery total charge power amount from the traveling route increases as the full charge capacity of the battery decreases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
