To suppress a backflow of cooling medium in a fuel cell flow channel without reduction in cooling efficiency of a fuel cell.SOLUTION: A fuel cell cooling system mounted on a vehicle is provided in which a cooling medium flow channel has a cooler flow channel, a fuel cell flow channel, and a heat-generating body flow channel. The fuel cell cooling system further has: a cooler that cools cooling medium in the cooler flow channel; a fuel cell that is cooled by heat exchange with the cooling medium in the fuel cell flow channel; a heat-generating body that is cooled by heat exchange with the cooling medium in the heat-generating body flow channel; a first pump that delivers the cooling medium in the fuel cell flow channel toward the downstream side; a second pump that delivers the cooling medium in the heat-generating body flow channel toward the downstream side; and a control circuit. By the actuation of the heat-generating body while the vehicle is running, the control circuit actuates the second pump and increases the number of revolutions of the first pump.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
