To provide an acoustic processing device and an acoustic processing method that can make a sound source easy-to-hear.SOLUTION: An acoustic processing device according to an embodiment includes a detection unit and a correction unit. The detection unit detects a residual amount of noise in a cabin of a vehicle cancelled by noise cancellation processing for cancelling noise in the cabin.
