To reduce resonance of a cover member without increasing the number of components.SOLUTION: An emboss 32 having a substantially octagon-shaped periphery and a pair of recesses (33a, 33b) on the inner side of the periphery, and a rib portion 34 sandwiched between the pair of recesses (33a, 33b) are formed on a substantially rectangular top plate portion 31. A pair of first sides (S1, S2) facing each other of the emboss 32 extend along long sides (SL1, SL2) of the top plate portion 31, and a pair of second sides (S3, S4) facing each other in a direction orthogonal to a facing direction of the pair of first sides (S1, S2) extend along short sides (SS1, SS2). Other sides (S5 to S8) are disposed near corner portions (C1 to C4) of the top plate portion 31. The rib portion 34 is connected to sections (32a, 32b) of the emboss 32, the periphery of which is defined by the pair of first sides (S1, S2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
