To provide a vehicle front part structure that can effectively suppress seal-out, even if a wind-receiving surface of a lower duct oscillates.SOLUTION: A vehicle front part structure comprises: an air duct 30 that guides wind from a grill opening 22 formed on a front end face of a vehicle 10 to a heat exchanger 14 installed in a power unit chamber 12, the air duct 30 including a lower duct 36 extending forward from a lower end of the heat exchanger 14; and an undercover 40 arranged int he lower side of the air duct 30. The lower duct 36 comprises: a main body part 50 extending forward from the lower end of the heat exchanger 14; a wind-receiving surface 52 bent downward from a front end of the main body part 50, and receiving wind from the grill opening 22; a rack surface 54 extending forward from the lower end of the wind-receiving surface 52; and a lip 56 extending downward from the front end of the rack surface 54 and tightly adhering to the undercover 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
