To enable heat to be efficiently utilized by utilizing waste heat from on-vehicle instruments, particularly driving-system on-vehicle instruments including a battery, a motor, an inverter and the like.SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioner comprises a heat exchanger 30 for heat absorption and an indoor air conditioning unit equipped with a heat exchanger 40 for heat radiation provided at a downstream side of a blowing passage of the heat exchanger for heat absorption. The heat exchanger for heat radiation radiates heat of a heat medium collecting waste heat from on-vehicle instruments. The indoor air conditioning unit further comprises a blowing passage 50 for heat radiation through which wind passing through the heat exchanger for heat radiation is ejected out of a vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
