To cause an automatic ticket vending machine to display detour routes when there are traffic restrictions and to enable users to purchase a ticket for the detour routes.SOLUTION: An automatic ticket vending machine according to an embodiment includes: an acquisition unit that receives an arrival station in response to an input and acquires a route from a station where the automatic ticket vending machine is located to the arrival station; a communication control unit that transmits a first request for an available detour route from the station to the arrival station to a management server when there are traffic restrictions on the route, and receives first route operation information indicating whether there are traffic restrictions on the available detour route; and a display control unit that displays the available detour route and the first route operation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
