To provide a technique for convenient and safe driving of a vehicle which is similar to a streetcar and a bus that travel in an urban area, automatically drives with cloud AI control without a driver, and enables barrier-free boarding and alighting.SOLUTION: An FCV (Fuel Cell Vehicle) or an EV (Electric Vehicle) is employed in order to achieve a goal of zero greenhouse gas emission as a basic base. It is possible to permit the speed of about 60 km for a tram by reducing the number of contact accidents, since a contact with a person and other traffic media may be eliminated or greatly reduced by setting up an exclusive lane with a fence, a flowerbed, etc. in a downtown area and setting up a tram priority road in a suburb. Moreover, after making a bus stop a retractable type, a boarding platform with a slope is set up in order to make it barrier-free.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】市街地を走る路面電車やバスに類し、運転手は置かずクラウドAI制御での自動運転を行い、バリアフリーで乗降を可能とし、便利に安全に運行する技術の提供。【解決手段】基本ベースとしての温室効果ガス0の目標達成の為に、FCV(燃料電池車)あるいはEV(電気自動車)を採用する。繁華街では柵や花壇等で専用レーンを設定し、郊外ではトラム優先道路を設定することで、人や他の交通媒体との接触をなくし、あるいは大幅に減らして、接触事故の低減を行うことで、60Km程度のスピード迄許容する。さらに、停留所を引込型にした上で、バリアフリーにするためのスロープ付帯の乗降台を設定する。【選択図】図1
