To adjust the temperature of an on-vehicle battery while suppressing the power consumption of the on-vehicle battery.SOLUTION: A battery temperature adjustment device is equipped with an on-vehicle battery, a temperature adjustment plate, a heat exchanger, first, second, and third channels which lead a first heat medium, a radiator, a valve, a first temperature sensor, and a control device. The heat exchanger has a storage member, and a first inner channel. The control device has a processor and a memory. The processor executes processing which includes cooperating with a program included in the memory to determine whether or not the temperature of the on-vehicle battery is higher than an upper limit threshold value within a proper temperature range, determining whether or not a heat source body is stored in the storage member on the basis of at least the first temperature sensor, and controlling the valve so as to circulate the first heat medium in the heat exchanger when it is determined that the temperature of the on-vehicle battery is higher than the upper limit threshold value and the heat source body is stored in the storage member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
