To provide a ground circuit of a vehicular electric power conversion system which can inhibit unbalance of train current flowing through a pair of rails.SOLUTION: A ground circuit includes a ground wire provided at the downstream side of an output of a vehicular current converter so as to connect an output of a vehicular electric power conversion device with a first ground device and a second ground device. The ground wire includes a pre-branch wire, a first branch wire, and a second branch wire. The ground wire includes at least one of a pre-branch coil winding wire part included in the pre-branch wire, a first coil winding wire part included in the first branch wire, and a second coil winding wire part included in the second branch wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
