A buffer layer 30 that absorbs and mitigates compressive stress acting upon the resin lens toward the radial inside is interposed between the radially outside circumferential surface 14a, 15a, 17a of the resin lens 14, 15, 17 and the inside surface 12a of the barrel 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
