To provide: an aerodynamic noise reduction structure of pantograph applicable by simple processing to, as well as, attachable highly strongly to an objective member; and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: Aerodynamic noise reduction structures 20A and 20B for reducing aerodynamic noise generated from a pantograph 3, are each provided with a covering portion 22 covering a top cover 8 of the pantograph 3, with a gap portion 21 formed between with the top cover 8 and the covering portion. The covering portion 22 has a plurality of through-holes 22a allowing a flow flowing into the gap portion 21 to flow out from the gap portion 21. The gap portion 21 is formed along an upper edge portion 8e of the top cover 8. In the gap portion 21, bottom surfaces 21a and 21b of the gap portion 21 are formed to be a flat, curved, or inclined surfaces. The covering portion 22 covers the bottom surfaces 21a and 21b of the gap portion 21 so as to form a predetermined gap between the bottom surfaces 21a and 21b of the gap portion 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10

    【課題】簡単な加工で部材に適用することができるとともに、高強度に取り付けることができる集電装置の空力音低減構造とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】空力音低減構造20A,20Bは、集電装置3から発生する空力音を低減する構造であり、集電装置3の頂点カバー8との間に間隙部21を形成するように、頂点カバー8を覆う被覆部22を備え、被覆部22は間隙部21に流れが流入し、この流入した流れをこの間隙部21から流出させる複数の貫通孔22aを有する。間隙部21は、頂点カバー8の上側稜角部8eに沿って形成されている。間隙部21は、この間隙部21の底面21a,21bが平面、湾曲面又は傾斜面に形成されており、被覆部22は間隙部21の底面21a,21bとの間に所定の隙間を形成するように、この間隙部21の底面21a,21bを覆う。【選択図】図10
