To provide a technique that can reduce the overall load on operators who perform remote support while maintaining smooth traffic by remote support of self-driving vehicles.SOLUTION: A remote support management system of the present invention predicts occurrence of a support request in the future based on operation situations of a plurality of vehicles, and classifies a support factor of the support request predicted to occur into either a first type factor or a second type factor. The first type factor is a long-lasting support factor, and the second type factor is a short-lasting support factor. When the remote support management system acquires a first support request whose support factor is the first type factor from a first vehicle, it transmits a first command signal for the first vehicle, determined by an operator to the first vehicle. Furthermore, the remote support management system also applies the first command signal to another vehicle for which occurrence of the first support request is predicted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】自動運転車両の遠隔支援によって円滑な交通を維持しつつ、遠隔支援を行うオペレータ全体の負荷を低減することができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】本遠隔支援管理システムは、複数の車両の運行状況に基づいて将来における支援要求の発生を予測し、発生が予測された支援要求の支援要因を第1種要因と第2種要因の何れか1つに分類する。第1種要因は、長時間持続する支援要因であり、第2種要因は、短時間しか持続しない支援要因である。また、本遠隔支援管理システムは、支援要因が第1種要因である第1の支援要求を第1の車両から取得した場合、オペレータにより決定された第1の車両に対する第1の指令信号を第1の車両に送信する。そして、さらに、第1の支援要求の発生が予測された他の車両に対しても第1の指令信号を適用する。【選択図】図6
