To provide a garbage collection vehicle having a discharge plate operation function, which accurately calculates an approximate value of a garbage weight loaded in a garbage collection box.SOLUTION: According to whether or not a discharge plate operation function is used (S22) and whether or not the relative density of collected garbage is different from relative density of average garbage by a predetermined threshold or more (S21), the garbage collection vehicle switches approximation formulas to be used for calculating an approximate value of a weight of loaded garbage (S23-25). Thus, the approximate value of the weight of the garbage loaded in the garbage collection box can be calculated, taking into account the presence or absence of the use of the discharge plate operation function. In addition, the approximation formulas to be used for calculating the approximate value can be switched between when the relative density of the collected garbage is close to the relative density of the average garbage and when it is significantly different (when it is garbage such as used diapers), thereby allowing for accurate calculation of the approximate value of the weight of the garbage loaded in the garbage storage box.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】排出板操作機能を有するタイプの塵芥収集車において、塵芥収容箱に積み込み済みの塵芥の重量の近似値を正確に算出する。【解決手段】排出板操作機能の使用の有無(S22)、及び収集する塵芥の比重が平均的な塵芥の比重と所定の閾値以上異なるか否か(S21)に応じて、積み込み済みの塵芥の重量の近似値算出に用いる近似式を切り換えるようにした(S23~25)。これにより、排出板操作機能の使用の有無を考慮して、塵芥収容箱に積み込み済みの塵芥の重量の近似値を算出することができる。また、収集する塵芥の比重が、平均的な塵芥の比重に近いときと、大きく異なるとき(使用済みオムツ等のゴミであるとき)とで、近似値算出に用いる近似式を切り換えることができるので、塵芥収容箱に積み込み済みの塵芥の重量の近似値を正確に算出することができる。【選択図】図10
